Learn how to set up long term goals while you are cleaning. You need to have an achievable long term goal to keep on working. You also have to write them in the index cards together with the deadlines by which you are supposed to finish them.<br />

You might be able to find things in the house that have remained unused for no less than six months. If you can find them, then you should learn how to let them go. You can either throw them away or send them as donations. If you do not do this, they will just be in the way later on especially during your spring cleaning day.<br />
