Instead of using water replace it with lemon juice or mix the two together. The reason for the effectiveness of the lemon juice is the acid present on it. The acid can melt or dissolved the glue that is currently present.<br />

Acetone. Your acetone nail polish remover can also solve the problem. But be careful in using this product because the chemical present in this can irritate or dry the skin. Apply the acetone on the affected area and you should never use a cotton swab to apply this because the cyanoacrylate can create harmful reactions to the cotton. Leaving it for a couple of seconds is recommended.<br />

Petroleum jelly. The best thing about the petroleum jelly is that the chemicals present is gentle enough which is good for sensitive skin. Rub the petroleum jelly in circles until no glues remains on the skin. Remember to wash after this.<br />
