Spending too much effort on the job. Yes, in those first earlier years, you'll be spending long hours, slaving away at your small business. As the growth period will need a lot of persistence on our part, you have to keep some balance in your lifetime. In any other case, you risk burnout, and dropping crucial associations.<br />

Avoid this error: Remember the important individuals in your life, and schedule time to spend with them all the time.
