This creates a unique situation with two varying pressure points. A liquid at one end and gas in other, the manifold is designed to simulate an equilibrium between the two and inhibit and probable reactions.<br />

During this process, heat can be quite catastrophic. It is therefore in best interest of reclaimer to contain this beforehand. One way to control the amount of heat is by keeping the cylinders on a shed. Direct sunlight can increase temperature and hence pressure imbalances. Modern recovery machines are also designed to have a fanning system for temperature regulation purposes.<br />

The cylinder used for this activity must have more capacity than the condensed gas container. Deep vacuuming this cylinder is very paramount prior to the procedure. In order to ensure safety of personnel in charge of this process and other people, overfilling the cylinder is strongly advised against. Tank float sensors are not effective, more specific scales should be utilized for this activity.<br />
