As humanity rose up and evolved from their ancestors, there is one thing that have helped people survive over the last thousands of years. One of these factor is that man creates communities with each other. This ability to socialize helped man make things that animals could never do. But there is something that both animal and man needs.

In both animal and human society, there must be a single one that is dominant. Lions rule their prides with a single alpha male. The alpha male is tasked with protecting the territory and entire pride as a whole. Wolves are known to have this social system as well but it is mostly a misconception. The need for leadership is what led to man having Personalized Candidate Search Seattle WA today.

Like in many animal societies, there is a hierarchy in human communities as well. This has been a rule of nature for a very long time. The dominant gender would be those that are the most physically imposing like how female hyenas are much larger than the males. Thus, hyenas have a more matriarchal hierarchy.

As humans grew in intelligence and sophistication, the process of choosing one to lead became simpler but complicated at the same time. Since males were usually the dominant in a tribe, a son would be the one to inherit what the father has. This is the reason why a son is often preferred due them being eligible heirs.

The ancient time period improved this practice with a few additions. Because it this time, the belief system that is known as religion would become prevalent, the kings and queens were thought to be sons or daughters of god itself. The most notable to have this sort of belief were the Egyptians as the pharaoh was worshiped as a living god.

As the middle ages came around, instead of living gods, kings were chosen by the church. The middle ages had a very unique power dynamic between each kingdom. The church had a say in who would have the right to becoming king and only those with their blessing could take the crown. This sort of thing was not a hindrance though.

Time passed on by and the common folk began to rise up. Aristocrats had significant power over the peasants that were only allowed to have little income and often abused by the ruling class. This oppression eventually came to ahead as various kingdoms began to experience various revolutions to overthrow kingdoms.

The Greeks had a great idea that the world would soon use. This was the idea of democracy and it changed the world for the next centuries. The idea was that the citizens had the option of choosing who they wanted to rule.

Classical era Greece that was centuries before the middle ages introduced and implemented an idea that would be universally used the modern world. This creation would be called democracy and allowed the commoners to get a say on who they want the rulers to be. Now, it is far different from the one that was practiced by the Greeks but it has been a staple since.
