Unless some villager will pick them up, they could never gain access to the subdivision. Their high monitoring standards and policies are the factors that attracted lots of buyers.<br />

Residencies are really willing to pay these certain amounts of dues because all they want is quality facilities and a secured place to reside in. Even though these dues are somehow costly, they still would insist to pay for the betterment of their area. They also maintain their sidewalk lamps to keep their sidewalks bright. By doing this, sidewalks are no longer a dangerous place to hike during nighttime.<br />

They also monitor their drainage systems. They assign metro aids and repairmen to maintain these facilities. They understand that their members are also busy with their own jobs and personal lives. Therefore, they should hire someone else to do the necessary maintenance efforts for them. Some are only paid the minimum wage while some villagers give them tips for cleaning their drainage.<br />

Their passages and sidewalk are also equipped with bright post lamps. This will help them see the road clearly and to avoid accidents. Those who jog through sidewalk at dawn have also nothing to worry about. These lights are only switched off when the sun is already bright enough to light up the roads.<br />

In this way, they could increase their potential to have more renters and buyers. Their lots are still big and some are not yet bought. These are ready to be occupied by those who plan to secure their own houses. Although these lots are costly, the quality and consistency board services make the prices reasonable.<br />
