And as you go, you try to maintain a positive attitude and remain patient until you finally find the employer who is willing to employ you and with whom you're excited to work with.<br />

Being a fresh graduate, you don't have the work experience that other candidates are armed with. How do you compensate for the lack of it in order to secure an edge over the competition? Well, honestly, experience is also what would set you apart. It's just that, it is a different kind of experience in your case. For one, you have been exposed to a different culture that made you appreciate and understand better the diversity of the world. You have gained cross-cultural insights through the years you spent on a foreign land. You have grown to become are flexible and adaptable as a result of dealing with folks of different backgrounds, races and beliefs to name a few.<br />

The aforesaid have sharpened the skills and competencies which can actually serve you well if you become a part of an organisation. It would be easier for you to adjust to every new environment. You can communicate and work well with your co-workers, bosses and clients.<br />

You can relate to it on a deeper level as you start to see yourself as a small version of it in a sense.<br />
